Waterleaf needs your help! They are happy to announce this year’s Run for Life! that will take place on Saturday, September 10th, 2022, at Waubonsee Lake in Aurora. The Run will consist of a 5K run, 2.2 mile walk, and a 1-mile kid fun run.
The Run for Life was formerly organized by St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Winfield. This year Waterleaf has decided to move the race and make it part of a week-long celebration of Waterleaf’s 13th Birthday! Their hope is to register more than 200 runners and raise enough funds to continue to serve their clients and equip them to make healthy life-affirming decisions. All proceeds will go directly to Waterleaf Women’s Center.
